Meet Our Center
This national TA center builds state and local capacity to collect and report high-quality special education data and analyze and use those data for program improvement. The IDEA Data Center’s (IDC) staff provide direct TA and other services and resources to help states stay current with the IDEA data landscape and better address their existing or emerging special education data-quality needs.
High-Quality Data
What do we mean when we talk about high-quality data? What defines such data and separates them from lower-quality data? High-quality data are built on essential elements that address how best to collect, report, analyze, and use data, thus ensuring data can be confidently relied on as credible for decision-making.
