Child Find and Part C to Part B

Overview

SPP/APR Indicator 11 focuses on the timely evaluation, identification, and provision of services for children with disabilities in school-age programs. Indicator 12 focuses on successful transitions from Part C early intervention programs to Part B school-age programs. Together, these indicators help states assess whether children are receiving appropriate services and supports without delays.
