State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP)

Overview

SPP/APR Indicator 17 is a comprehensive, multi-year plan to improve results for children with disabilities through data-driven decision making, shared stakeholder involvement, and systems-level change. The SSIP’s three phases--analysis, planning, and implementation and evaluation--are designed to support states toward achieving State-identified Measureable Results (SiMR).
