Kelley Blas
My name is Kelley Blas, and I serve as an IDC State Liaison and Technical Assistance Specialist. My professional focus is on highlighting the strengths of the states I support while providing targeted assistance in areas of need. I am particularly interested in developing innovative approaches to make IDEA data meaningful and relevant for stakeholders and in fostering strong collaborative relationships across agencies. Outside of my professional responsibilities, my favorite moments include time spent with my husband, children and grandchildren, running at least one 5k race per year, and any opportunity to be at the beach snorkeling or finding pretty shells or sand dollars.
