Hi, my name is Tanya Collins, and I am IDC’s resource manager as well as a TA specialist. I have a passion for turning insights into impact, and my job involves empowering teams and individuals to translate data into meaningful, actionable strategies that drive positive change. I love seeing the moment when data clicks for someone—when research becomes a tool they can use to create real change.
In my spare time, I enjoy creating mixed media art, attending live concerts, and exploring the beauty of National Parks through hiking.
