MOE Reduction/CEIS/CCEIS Data Elements Organizer

IDC developed this organizer to support states in coordinating and documenting the collection of MOE, CEIS, and CCEIS data. The organizer includes pre‑populated file names, data groups, and legacy E‑MAPS IDs, organized alphabetically by legacy E‑MAPS ID. States can use the organizer to identify data sources, assign data stewards, and record notes needed to support accurate and timely data submission.
