IDEA Part B Indicator 12 Transition Template: Calculating Data Worksheet

This data template provides SEAs and LEAs the opportunity to see in real-time the percentages of their children ages 3-5 in the transition reporting categories. When staff enter the LEA transition reporting data on the data tab, the worksheet calculates the percentages and displays them on the percentage tab. Use of this tool will allow SEAs to compare percentages of children within the transition reporting categories across LEAs.
