Hi, my name is Tamara Nimkoff, and I am a TA specialist with IDC. In my role, I work to support state and local staff in collecting, analyzing, and using their IDEA data for continuous improvement, with a specific focus on parent involvement and post-school outcomes survey and sampling procedures. I really enjoy working directly with state and local education staff to take the fear out of data, helping them to demystify data quality and empower them to use data with confidence. In my spare time, I like to garden and take walks.
