SPP/APR Indicator 9 and 10 Calculator
We created this resource to help states calculate and analyze data for State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) Indicators 9 and 10. The application calculates several measures states use to determine disproportionate representation, including difference in composition, relative difference in composition, risk ratio, weighted risk ratio, risk difference, and alternate risk ratio.
