File Specification Updates for MOE/CEIS/CCEIS
The EDPass file specifications for FS231 through FS238—covering IDEA Part B Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Reduction, Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS), and Comprehensive CEIS (CCEIS)—for FFY 2024 / SY 2024–25 are now available on the U.S. Department of Education website.
