This new resource can support SEA staff who prepare for the data systems and SPP/APR components of DMS 2.0. It includes a review of the Parts B and C—Data and SPP/APR Protocol along with IDC’s suggested evidence that an SEA may provide to OSEP in support of each monitoring question in the protocol. This resource also includes a list of IDC TA resources that states can use to create or strengthen their evidence.

The IDEA Part B Confidentiality Checklist can aid state and local agencies in identifying actions, policies, and procedures needed to meet confidentiality provisions outlined in the IDEA Part B, 20 U.S.C. §1400.

This resource is a list of IDC produced Part B tools and products arranged by topic area. The list provides a brief description and link to each tool or product. Users can quickly scan for useful tools and products to ensure that they have explored all of the many Part B available resources that IDC has produced.

This toolkit is designed to assist states as they plan for and carry out their efforts to collect, report, analyze, and use high-quality parent and family involvement data. It defines key concepts; offers guidance on ways to improve the quality of the collection, analysis, and use of parent and family involvement data; and provides resources and tools to help states in their efforts parent involvement data efforts.

Data Sources for Calculating Significant Disproportionality provides a summary of the data needed to calculate significant disproportionality for identification, placement, and discipline.  For each category of analysis, this resource  provides a description of the data needed to calculate the risk numerator and risk denominator,  and notes the relevant EDFacts file specifications, including which subtotals or category sets, as appropriate. 

The FFY 2020-2025 SPP/APR shares the stakeholder requirements for the FFY 2020-2025 SPP/APR in a simple one page format. This resource can be used with state staff and other partners when planning for the SPP/APR.
